 I am certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor through KettleBell Concepts, a Certified Olympic Weightlifting Coach (USAW), and have completed Mike Mahler's Level 1 Kettlebell Workshop.

My clients are very pleased with their progress since they started using kettlebells, and that is what really counts.


There is no "magic formula" or "silver bullet" when it comes to fitness.


Eating smarter and exercising consistently are good ideas.


Using kettlebells to improve strength, cardio, flexibility, coordination and balance is too. The training concepts of CrossFit are well worth looking in to. CrossFit is an exceptionally comprehensive approach to overall fitness.
